Before you do, if you are having connection problems, please be prepared to answer the following questions. In general, most people looking for assistance say "the unit is not working!" This is not helpful at all so we ask you to define which step below you are stuck on in your first email to us:
Level 0 "not working": When RTE Ethernet jack is plugged into the router, and THEN the 12v power is applied to the RTE, The GREEN LED on the ETHERNET JACK does not stay on steadily after a few seconds. This is not the LED on the board, but the one built into the connector.
Level 1 "not working": Physically connected to the Ethernet (LAN) but CPRManager cannot find the device using the SEARCH FOR DEVICES tab
Level 2 "not working": Level 1 passes but when HRD tries to connect, the GREEN LED on the BOARD (not the connector this time) does not turn on and the RED LED (on the board) stays on.
Level 3 "not working": Levels 1 & 2 pass, but HRD returns "Failed to read frequency".
Level 4 "not working": Connects OK on the LAN, and reads the radio frequency but cannot connect/read frequency via the Internet
